How to complain

Email complaints@workaccidentsolicitor.org.uk with the URL of the page concerned, the issue and the outcome you'd like.

What we'll do

  1. Acknowledge within 48 hours.
  2. Investigate, including review by a member of the editorial team not involved in the original page.
  3. Respond substantively within 10 working days.
  4. Where appropriate, correct, retract or annotate the page concerned.
